They are fraud, I have purchased 2 shirts and bangle set from them on 9th April in Jaipur and I paid 3450 amount through their UPI QR and amount was debited from my account however they said it has failed at their end and they asked me to pay them again so I made same payment 3450 from debit card. They said UPI amount will automatically refund back to my account, however when I checked my account statement both the amounts are credited to RTDC account. Hence I called them to refund the amount and it's been 2 week have not received my money back

Dear sir, I visited the jaipur with my family on 26th Feb, 2022. And I purchase a maharani saree for my mother but at the time o[censored]sing that it seams that the saree was having the holes and it was damaged at the time of purchase they told that the full amount is refunded and when we sent courier to them they told that 50%of the amount is refunded this is the case of fraudulent and they also speak with their customers like hell if this comes under the Rajasthan government then this is a waste of time and I never recommend any one to bought the saree from them as they cheated everyone by telling this is the govt one and the govt take all the decisions totally waste of time and money never ever bought from these shops

I visited Delhi with my family on the month of july for some personal work and decided to go on a local sightseeing.After that our driver took us to the So-Called Rajasthan Textile Development Corporation, Said-Ula-Jab, New Delhi-110030 and said that they get some bonus on Diwali if customers were brought to their shop.After we went to the shop there were 4-5 salesman running behind us, we brought some stuffs from them and did a shopping of more than Rs.10000/-. We also ordered a garment piece which they said will deliver us at our doorstep as that particular product was not available with them.We being unsure repeatedly asked them whether we will get the courier or not they assured us that we will receive it within a week of dispatch. We came back home and we waited and waited I called of Few times, then for sometime their landline nos were not working and after some days I again called up and they said that my courier was returned back as i didn't receive it now my question is after paying an advance why won't I receive my courier if I have paid an advance? then they said that they will again courier it to which I agreed, but still I am waiting for my courier. Finally after giving up all the hope I called up the shop on 16/9/2015 now I get to know that they had sent the courier and its my duty to go and follow up with the concerned post office and collect it. Whereas I was being asked to give my address and contact no which i did and they offered me a delivery at my doorstep. The person who called me up talked with me rudely and hanged up my call.It was like I paid to digest their tantrums and also be their Delivery guy.

Sir, I want to inform you that Rajasthan Textile Development Corporation is selling their products by informing wrong information to customers. I had visited Pushkar, Rajasthan on 23 Mar 2015. There I visited this above mentioned shop. Firstly Shop representative informed me that it is a Government Owned shop. Secondly they informed that Rajai which they are selling are filled with Pashima wool. Thirdly they had told me that there will be no postage charges, whereas on their bill 7% postage charges are mentioned, that too stamp of postage charge is done after my signature. Fourthly they shown me one bedsheets and informed that if you put this bedsheets in bed room then all mosquitoes will run away from that bed room. Whatever I am informing you can be verified by their CCTV cameras. Therefore I will request you to kindly get my all order cancelled and advance paid by me I.e. INR 5000/- to be returned back.

I placed order worth RS.35000 on 10 jan 2014 to Rajasthan Textile Development Corporation, jaisalmer. They made us pay in cash under the pretext that the credit cerd machine is not working. Upon request they gave us handwritten phone number that no one receives. Collud we get some support fight this fraudulent store?

We visit jaisalmer and order goods worth RS.34, 050 on jan 11, 2014. We were told that the credit card machine is not working. We were taken to a bank withdraw cash to pay them. The material is not received till date. The seller gave us a hand-written phone number[protected]. However, no one receives this phone.

Could we get help of the government authorities to get the goods or our hard earned money?
