Misguided by their employees conductor and driver
Respected sir i want to submit my complaint against the Conductor for giving misinformation about the bus. I was travelling with bus no PB07BG3849 on 28 june 2023 from jalandhar to ludhiana. I have to reach patran on that particular day but this bus conductor misinformed me that I will get bus from ludhiana station as there is no bus after 3 pm from ludhiana. I am an advocate. I need to reach on time. I am taking the bus of patiala but due to misguidance of the conductor that I get bus from the ludhiana bus stand the conductor intentionally misguided me for his greed of one tickets which put me in huge loss. I hope you will take strict action against such nuisances and also the conductor look like in influence of some substance. I have to take the whole company in the court due to such negligence act of the conductor of your bus

Scam nd misbehave of conductor

Hello this complaint is against the rajdhani bus no. Pb07 BG 4580 date is 14 may 23 time is 7 pm the bus mainly route is talwara to mukerian and my route is hajipur to mukerian. Basically ticket cost is 20 per person and the conductor cost me rs 50 for it. When I ask it he said me you are the late to take your ticket when and he physical fight with me and fall my ticket from the bus . I am the not only one whom this scam has held but their are 2-3 person he do same scam after asking him money he said the company will refund you back this type the word of conductor is. I hope you should see this complaint and take the strict action against it. Thanku

Misbehaviour of Ticket In Charge

Dear Sir,
Yesterday I went to Rajdhani Bus Service Office to purchase tickets from Bilaspur To Jagdalpur. But when I enquired about the ticket details, the ticket in charge started misvehaving with me. He was very rude to me and said very arrogant words. So I request you to please take action against that employee.

More fare by private bus operators than Punjab Roadways

It is submitted that Normal Bus fare in Punjab Roadways are 9 from Hariana(Hsp) to Garhdiwala. But Rajdhani Bus Number PB07V-7279 charged Rs 10 when I was coming from Hariana to Garhdiwala on 26 oct 2010 boarding time 09:15 from Hariana.
Similarly the bus fare from Bhunga to Garhdiwala are in Punjab Roadways are Rs.5 bur all other private operator are charging Rs 7.
So you are requested to look into the matter.

On dated 6/3/11, I, My sister & my grandmother travelled from Hoshiarpur to Ropar & paid Rs. 210 for 3 tickets bearing nos. 069577 to 069583 amounting Rs 30 on each tickets on demand of your conductor .Further from Ropar to Chandigarh I took your transport service rajdhani bus service by bus no. PB07AA1879 & I demanded 3 tickets from your conductor.He demanded Rs. 120 I gave, Rs.120 him but he gave 3 tickets amounting Rs. 54 to me. Then I objected him to return me the balance amount.But the conductor refused to do so & he asked us to leave the bus or otherwise I will throw them from the bus & He said I have given the tickets of sufficient amount.We were all ladies, (Girls & old lady) & objected but he didn't bothered. In night travelling, there was no. way except to bear the exploitation of the conductor.The ticket no., he has given to us are:- 049533to 049535 amounting total Rs. 30 total amount was Rs. 54 for all tickets, instead of Rs. 120 which was paid to the conductor .
Sir, It is very serious matter of harasshment & exploitation with the passengers which has done by bus conductor & also theft of your transport revenue & tax of govt.
Sir, I again request to take serious action against the bus conductor immedietely which has not only harashed & exploitation to us but also theft the revenue of your deptt & also tax of govt.Give me reply on the following E-Mail I.D. as early as possible(kiran.[protected]@yahoo.com)
