Regarding operation o[censored]nregistered pg (House no-789, phase-4 mohali pin code-160059)

I am arvind now i am undertaken my bank exam coaching class in mohali. I am currently staying in a pg i think its unauthorised and they are not providing any facilites like water cleaning and they used to follow a menu contains with same full week in unhygienic way... They cost around 6500 per month.

I am residing sector -11, rohini, the area is quite peace and open, but for the last 3-4 years, their are many shops open in sector-11, which give unnecessary crime rise in our area several complaint has been done but opening shop not yet stopped, their are several car maintenance shops opened and they occupied several car space which causes every day fight happened and kiosk happen. I m having bill related issue.. Dis is d worst network i hv seen... My mnthly rental is 499 n my dis mnths bill is 1177 whisch is nt possible at any how? I hv decieded to port out n dey r nt evn sending my porting id. I hv complaint against it to d cusymer care bt they thereself dont know how to handle wid custmer.
I m porting out my faimlies no. To other network n suggest same to my frndz... I hv submitted complaints mny times bt...
