Sir, I gone to muzaffarnagar city branch yesterday at 3.35pm, i meet to assist manager Mr yusuf and request to deposit cash due to urgent credit card payment. Him said we can't deposit that time you are late. I request again but not deposit. I said close my account. Him behave rudely and said you can close a/C now . please take action against Mr yusuf....

Today at 9.20 bus from Chd to Haridwar stopped at Tribune as usual, it was vacant more than half, Conductor did not allowed to board it for Jagadhri, official stoppage and asked another coming behind You board that and whistled to move on.

Due to this attitude I have to wait another 35 minute and boarded Yamunansgar depot bus.

Pl look in to the matter and person of this attitude be taken to task who are thinking...
