The most black money hoarding company of india . Govt is also partner in this thats why no action is taken against them in black marketing.

I am founding duplicate packets in out side city area in Bangalore(quality is very bad). and same asked to retailer, but they have not given answer to my question. also they are tacking 3 rupees extra as per print rate. need to take creative action on this.

WHAT IS THE RESON.

Absolutely ridiculous approach my the manufacturers, who have made no efforts to curb this menace. We seriously doubt their involvement in this black marketing as well. We have come across many people, who have deserted this brand in particular. Black market is being encouraged even on Box pack, which never had any issues similar to pouches, with new govt. regulations.

Guys, great opportunity to leave our addiction. If not possible, let us shift toward Paan Parag as how long we can be fooled by Rajanigandha and Dharmapal Satyapal management.

really i agree with him. it is happening really very a large scale. not only mumbai but it is ghaziabad also.


so kindly look into the matter and intervane the matter so that your regular costomer is hempering due to additional cost i.e.9/-.

it is also a government rule that we have to buy any thing on its printed rate.

i am your wellwisher consumer since last 8 years, but now a day i have to turn towards
other products like your, due to differances in price as i found more than double of printed rate, please look in to the matter, otherwise someone may defeat you in the market because change of brand is started by your consumer.

why rajnigandh shortage had been occur and 6rs pouch shopkeeper use to take 8rs and of 24rs pouch 30rs so please stop the corruption and give stock in gujarat especially in panchmahal please as fast as possible

At least company should announce the actual reason so that costumer should understand problem.After all they are your costumer.

Local Shopkeepers are charging all packs of Rajnigandha Pan Masala exactly double the amount which is printed on the pack, and at some places the packs are being selling after their expiry date.

From March-11 on wards we are facing Price hike problem .
Now May onwards stock is also not available at shop.
Jipper and Packed box both are unavailable in Sect-51 Gurgaon.
In case of Pressure, Shop keeper are ready to provide in following Price

2-Jipper in 45 Rs.

Yes i also agree that all pan masala vendor are selling Rajnigandha pan masala double of the MRP. As rajnigandha MRP is Rs. 6 and they are charging Rs. 10 and MRP of Rajnigandha is Rs. 15 and they are charging Rs. 25. i request to the concern government department to raid on all the pn masala vendor in Mumbai.

A company who does not even bother to respond to customer complaint should be abonden for good. Down with Dharampal Satyapal ! Down with Rajanigandha !

I used to take 2 pouches every day but from Oct 2011 I felt that something is missing in taste it was like burned dana inside, smell bad after few minutes & also felt dihydration type situation, then I tried Box pack which was absolutely original taste, I am sure that taste had changed but now Box pack also contains pouches and really the same happened like I felt in pouches, I think Pan Parag will lead again as I already quit rajnigandha 10 days ago & started Pan Parag which is perfect in taste as forever. RajniGandha community should move to different taste now. They are playing with customer's life now by lowering Quality & Black Marketing.

i used to have rajniganhdha pan masala everyday but last few days it tastes differ and change the colour of mouth red. from many shops/khoka changed if i requested, it is red colour. But today evening at one khoka near mahendra show room choraha not returned it because it was opened by me. irequested him to replace it but he replied it is in good condition evberybody is taking u have only problem. pls look solve the issue. s why he is not changing/replacing? i am regular customer of rajnigandha pan masala. from last around 3 - 4 month quality of rajanigandha is very bad not a particular batch all purchased in last 3 - 4 month is very bad quality.

i have to go to hospital in last month.

complaint for rajanigandha if we eat 2 rs.8 (rs. 7) pouch we get diarrhea {julap}, and after treatment also when we eat rajanigandha it continues. when we stop eating diarrhea stops.

i had tried to call on [protected] they gave me toll free no [protected] calling there no one picks the call it just rings.

i hereby request you to make quality better.

this complaint is not limited to me same has happen to 4 of friends if you cnat improve the quality you will lose 5 regular customer.
