We send one rakhi to newzeland on 01- August and they show expected delivery date on 06-August, it already 9 day past and still show status as IN Transit .I am in damage control mode and it greatly effect relation between brother and sister, Govt. should take strong action against such fraud site.

I have tried to reach multiple site but in vein .They are not...

There is a complain regarding this order no - RB[protected] in which I purchased 2 rakhies along with chocolate pack was ordered and suppose to delivered to ludhiana on 18/08/2016 but that was not yet delivered to the maintained address & they send the delivery mail. There is no phone number to contact & even they are not replying mails.
I had enquired so many times to confirm but there is no information from that side......

I had placed an order with Rakhi Bazaar RB[protected] which was supposed to be delivered in Dhanbad on 18th August but didn't get deliver. i tried connecting with the customer support team but their number is either not reachable or not responding. Wrote a mail to take an update but didn't get any response over their. Online payment has already been made and nobody from the team has bothered to get in touch with the customer.

I had ordered a rakhi yesterday via express 24 hr delivery and it has still not been delivered. I cant believe this website has so many complaints since 2014 and nothing has been done about it. This company needs to be shut down! I have been trying to call them since yesterday and none of their numbers work. I havent even got an email reply from them after complaining!

I had ordered rakhi hamper from the site on 14th august and the delivery date was 17th august but its not delivered even on 18th which is rakshabandhan day. What is the use of asking the delivery date when they cannot deliver it on the date. I had paid so much money not so that my rakhi reaches after raksha bandhan passes. I had thought they might be delivering rakhi personally if they are charging 700 rs as other personalised sites do. When...

My order no. is RB-[protected]. That contain two Rakhis, What they delivered was single piece and cheap one but they took money for good quality. Their customer service is not picking up the call. From next year no way I am going to buy from them...

A real open fraud....

Rakhibazaar.com is a fraud site! I placed an order with them on 17th August to deliver on 28th August. But they failed to do so. I wrote them numerous emails and also tried their number but they do not answer the call. Please take necessary action against this site. I hope other customers are not cheated by this website again....

I purchased a rakhi from rakhibazaar.com to be delivered on 28th Aug. My order status is shown as 'received', but it hasnt been received! today is 29 aug the day of Rakhi ! I ordered Rakhi (Order No. RB-[protected], Rs. 928/-) from rakhibazaar.com to be delivered on 10th August 2014. But it has not been received till date. This website is completely fraud. No response through email or mobile. The websites owners should understand that corrupt practices would one day pay some harsh dividends. GOD is seeing everything.

This is online fraud site, I placed order for Rakhi 24hrs express service paying 1000Rs, even after 24hrs status is saying that order is in process, phone number they had given is in switched off mode, mail is bouncing back for the mail id given by them.


They are just playing with people's emotions. Need strict punishment....
