सर.. मैंने रेमल इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड कंपनी में एजेंट था।एवं 2012 में मैंने कुछ लोगों के 1 वर्षीय एवं 2 वर्षीय आर डी खाते चालू करवाए थे लेकिन आज तक उनका पैसा वापस नहीं आया ।सर जिनके मैंने खाते चालू करवाए थे उनमें अधिकांश लोग गरीब है ।सर मैं बहुत परेशान हूं आप उनका पैसा वापस करवा दीजिए प्लीज सर । पैसे की अनुमानित कीमत 10 लाख के ऊपर है सर । मैं भी गरीब परिवार से हूं मेरी आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं है कि मैं उनका पैसा चुका सकूं । कुछ दबंगों का पैसा भी सर मैंने लगवाया था लेकिन वह मुझे रोज परेशान करते हैं सर फोन लगाते हैं गालियां देते है एवं घर देखो आने की धमकी देते हैं । सर मेरे पास कुछ नहीं बचा सर मैंने जो कुछ था सब कुछ दे दिया है मेरा अपना कैरियर भी बिगड़ गया है सर मैं पढ़ाई भी नहीं कर पा रहा हूं मैं बिल्कुल टूट गया हूं ।सर प्लीज मेरी मदद करो

with the reference to the subject cited above i, the undersigned have the honour to report you the following facts for your information and immediate necessary action. 1. that in the year 2009 the representatives and D.O of RAMEL INDUSTRIES LTD. of Badarpur branch, dist. karimganj, Assam. shri, Pankaj sen gupta, and Partha Das entered into jaintia hills districts, megalaya and started to appoint the youth of the locality as agent to sell the debentures of RAMEL INDUSTRIES LTD. on commission basis. 2.i was convinced about the genuinity of the company and the profits of the customers. since i was jobless so i joined the company as agent.i stared to sell the debentures, i sold more than 50 number of the debentures of the said company, all the debentures bought by different customers with sum assured of RS.1400000 andgot maturity in the year 2012 of october. 3. as soon as the debentures got maturity shri PANKAJ SEN GUPTA, development officer of RAMEL INDUSTRIES LTD asked me to deposit the passbooks of the debentures holders so they will give the maturity amount with theitr interest, in the month of may 2012 i deposited all the passbook of the customers to the badarpur branch. 4.that as per their assurance the customers were supposed to get back thei maturity within 30 days from the day of the maturity, but the customers were not given the maturity since the month of may 2012, he said person are posponing dates one after another. thus more than 50 times they have postponed and extended time. at present none of the above either receives calls or likes to talk on this serious matter. 5. thus MR. Whenever I ask for maturity to RAMEL AGENT, he provides new dates of payment frequently. I have beocme frustrated out of this and if i do not get the maturity then definitely I shall have no way than to commit suicide . Dear all, Ramel Industries Limited has stopped paying maturity amount till 30.04.2013.I am an agent of this company.I had raised almost 6lakh rupees from public.Now I have serious doubts that it is a cheat fund & doesn't have any big project.Can anyone tell me whether they have any permission from RBI & SEBI to raise public money?
