Stinking 20 Litre Jar Water

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
We have been using Bisleri drinking water from past so many years... but day before yesterday's experience was terrible that is 22Sep21. Water was stinking so badly, first we thougth it is coming from out water bottle we washed them all, but still the smell was there... we complaint to our vendor from whom we take the Bisleri 20litre jar and pay them monthly. They said it is 2nd complaint of the day. They replaced the 20litre jar and taken back the stinky water with the jar but now they are saying they will charge us for the stinky water as well... why????
Please have a look into this as we trust Bisleri blindly and if something goes wrong is expected you to take care of it.
