I had purchased 2 pair of shoes from rapidbox. I had return 1 pair of shoes as it was defected piece. The amount was credited into rapidwallet and I transferred it to my bank account and they told that the money will be credited within 4 to 5 working days but it has been more than 1 week but money haven't credited yet.

I wan my money back...!

I was buyed shoes from rapidbox but shoes quality is poor so I was returned that shoes on 29 June but the money is not return me I have tried soo much for reaching that site but no response and my money is not refunding me

I have order shoes from rapidbox worth $560. Order no:[protected]-1820242. Its been 15-20 Days still they are not initiating my refund. I have done dozens of mail they are replying with the same automated message that your refund will be initiated soon or due to technical problem your refund is delayed and they're not doing this thing only with me they are doing this thing with lot of customers you can check their social media handles people are asking for their refund in comments and messages. You can also check on playstore people are righting about their refund. They are doing cyber fraud in large scale. People's hard earn money are being looted by this app "RAPIDBOX" please ban this app and website so other people will not lose their hard earn money. I am attaching some proof of people's complaint that are ignored by "RAPIDBOX" please look forward to it. I expect positive reply from consumercomplaints.in

I ordered a shoes and payed through online but They sent a false product and I returned the product. But my money is not yet refunded they are not responding my mail too

I purchased shoes from rapid box i got delivery also but the product i order was big size.so I returned it next day they came n picked it up .I received cash in to my rapid wallet and i withdrow money to my bank.but my money is not transfering to my bank.i send mail nd complaint .14 days late still I didn't receive my cash in to my bank. request to pay back our money

I have ordered white sneakers of rs 390 I made the payment through online from gpay payment was successfull it's not showing any orders I can't track the item please help me please refund my money.
