As we got Flat in lucky draw in Rashmi Star city Vasai(E) Porject in 2009, we had paid down and paid on time. We have done Registration also & SBI bank Approved Loan also but Rashmi builder is not proving the Architect Letter and failed in providing the letter with false excuses. Hence we are paying the fine every month to SBI bank & without the Builder Architect Letter Bank will not disbursement. pls help me out with a suggestion...

bad service from Rashmi Builder
We bought flat in Rashmi Hetal I wing Miraroad (East) from Rashmi Builders and they show us the sample flat and commit us that they will provide the same flat with all the accessories.
We got Possessionin the month of March 2009 but till date flat is not yet complite we saty in the flat but like beggar. Flat condition is like Footpath staying person.
Please guide us what action we have to taken.
