Delay in Possesion

I I had booked a flat in June 2009 in Unnathi Woods, Ghodbunder Thane developed by Raunak Group. Possession date mentioned in the agreement was Dec'2010. But till date we have not received possession. Till date I have paid Rs 84000 rent outside due to delay in possesion.
Also builder is not answerig on mail sent by me for possesion till date now I have sent 6 reminders.

Hi ,
My Name is Upendra H Nadgaonkar. I I had booked a flat in June 2009 in Unnathi Woods, Ghodbunder Thane developed by Raunak Group.
Possession date mentioned in the agreement was Dec'2010. But till date we have not received possession.Reasons given by the builder for the delay is due to raw materials, cement, sand & labou problem.
We are told by the builder u will get possession by June'2011, but it is doubtful as the pace at which work in being done is very slow.
Besides this, Builder has intimated he would be charging 5% of Fixed deposit of agreement value or 2.6% service tax of the remaining balance to be paid to him, please guide me in this regards.
I request you all, whomsever has booked the flat in Unnathi Woods, Thane let's all get together and fight.

Hi Upendra, I fully agree to your complaint. I am also in the same situation as yours, i believe we need to group together and put pressure on Raunak Group, even go to the courts if necessary. Iam fully with you in this regard.

Its too surprising RAUNAK GROUP does not know how to deal with customers, the way they behave with utter ARROGANCE, Cheap Tactics, delaying and believing customers to be fools, they should have been OUT OF BUSINESS LONG BEFORE. Better Late then never but they will definitely meet there fate. As consumers we should take actions to show them CUSTOMER POWER.

For unknown reason there contribution got delayed and now they are refusing to return by booking amount.
I have also booked a flat in raunak bliss in dec 2018. The said possession date was dec 2020 and possession date is already passed. Now they are saying june/july 2022.
I would like to talk to you and get ur inputs.
