I I had booked a flat in June 2009 in Unnathi Woods, Ghodbunder Thane developed by Raunak Group. Possession date mentioned in the agreement was Dec'2010. But till date we have not received possession. Till date I have paid Rs 84000 rent outside due to delay in possesion.
Also builder is not answerig on mail sent by me for possesion till date now I have sent 6 reminders....

Possession date mentioned in the agreement was Dec'2010. But till date we have not received possession.Reasons given by the builder for the delay is due to raw materials, cement, sand & labou problem.

We are told by the builder u will get possession...
