fridge not working properly

I have bought new VIDCON-REF REFRIGERATOR VCP274IBH-FFB from Ravi Corporation, from starting we face prob with frige cooling for same I raise complaint to Dealer but Ravi's Dealer Mr. Mahendrasing Sardar who is friend of mine gave verbal consolation which stretch 4 months but now its enough I have bought new frige and VIDCON-REF REFRIGERATOR VCP274IBH-FFB is kept in corner.

Now I want my money back
