I N Ravi prasad proprietor of Ravi Medical Stores having OCC account bearing[protected] having account from 1994. First we are having partnership firm and up to March 2019, In 2019 we cleared all dues. Afterwards it was changed to proprietary concern. This year we are having renewal on 7th July 2021.I submitted all necessary documents regarding for renewal on 3O June 2021. Staff have also taken necessary signatures for the renewal of documents....

Hello, my complaint is against fraud chemist shop running in patamata (Vijayawada) name is ravi medical shop or chemist. So he is selling medicine without doing b pharmacy and by an unprofessional employee. Not only he and remaining members of that shop boys are below 10th standard candidates or maybe below that, i know 1 guy name is venkateswarulu below 10th standard.
