I have holding of 100 share of Raymond Eynthetics but now this companies marrgrd in RIL grupe Recron Synthetics and this company marged in IPCL and IPCL take over is Rilance Industries in this sechuetion how can receved my origenal share of Raymond Synthetics to Rilance Industries please gide me

Pl let me know the status n how to get Reliance industries shares since lastly they r the one taken over. RAYMOND SYNTHETICS taken over by Recron SYNTHETICS then Recron taken over by IPCL n then IPCL taken over by Reliance industries. I m holding RAYMOND SYNTHETICS issued in 1990 physical shares pl adv me to get Reliance industries shares. With Regards.

I have purchased Raymond Synthetics 500 shares having a value of each share of Rs. 10.00 on 15 October 1990 (Certificate Nos. from 12934 to 129328)

Now no news about Raymond Synthetics. It is heard that Reliance has taken over over Raymond Synthetics. In this situation, how can I recover the money I have spent for purchasing these shares.

Totally 200 shares in Physical form need to be demated in present company holder

I had purchased 100 shares of raymond synthetics ltd (Rsl) under folio no. Rs 258878 bearing certificate no. 361069 in 1998. Currently the share certificate in physical form.

From the online i gather rsl was taken over by recron and ipcl and ipcl was taken over by reliance industries. Now how can i track ths rsl share transfer to ril?

I have 500 physical share of raymond synthetics. . Share cert no. Is 619645. 619646. 619647. 360541. 12976. Distinctive no. 99915210 to 99915509. And. 36053371 to 36053470 and 1296871 to 1296970... still today I can not get any message regarding merger.how can I get new share of recron and there after ipcl and then convert to RIL ..PLEASE MAIL ME ON dhaval.[protected]@gmail.com

My father had purchased 500 shares of Raymond Synthetics Ltd ( RSL) 1993. He currently has the share certificates in physical form. From the research online i gather RSL was taken over by Recron and IPCL and IPCL was taken over by Reliance Industries.

Physical shares of Raymond Synthetics Ltd under folio No. rs197368 bearing Certifate No. 296049 for 500 Shares in the name of my mother Mrs. Bharti Goyal.
