Dear sir
I am the property owner of Purva High Crest, Mallasanadra village, Kanakapura Road and the above property ID I am not able to open for the property valuation
Last week I have been to BTM Layout sub Registrar Office and noticed the database of my ekatha is not able to retrieve and shows no data found, the eswathu issued by Kaglipura panchayat office.
Also we given complaint to the above office PDO for rectification...

I am a handicapped person with locomotar dissability I have filed application before PDO o[censored]pperpet gram Panchayath for typological correction of my name from GN Srinivas murthy to G M Srinivas and demarcate my house site property at A Guttahalli coming under Upperpet panchayath jurisdiction since more than one year the sought services are not provided
Hence this complaint for needful action

ನಾನು ಶಾಂತಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ ಮುದ್ದೇಬಿಹಾಳ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಬಿದರಕುಂದಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೇ ತುಂಬಾ ಇದ್ದು ಆದರೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ರಿತಿಯೂ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಮೇಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕ್ರಮ ತೇಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ.
