In search for a room or flat on rent in Noida, i came in contact of broker named Aditya who showed me a flat with a person named Karan Mishra (As care taker of the flat) in Amrapali Silicon City, Sector 76, Noida and I finalised the flat paying a token of Rs. 3000... i was supposed to shift on 15th July (next day). He told me that he has few flats in sra/mmrda projects those were made for chandshahwalidargah area people near iit powai but since those people are not shifting and flats are vacant goverment has decided to sell the flats on govt. I had made a agreement for the 1st year for 13000 and payed the landlord a full 11 months rent in advance with 1 month rent as deposit.
