Please dont trust the broker narayanan, kcc nagar, hosur. He has taken rs. 7000 money each time showing one house. But none of the houses are good. Till now, he has taken rs. 70000. No houses are good. He is the big cheater in kcc nagar, hosur. His number is [protected]. First time volunteerly he will come and talk and convince your mind, slowly he will keep on asking money. If you refuses to do so, he will do threatening, blackmailing etc.,...

Two years back I have taken the flat on rent in Amba nagri Vishrantwadi pune from Dealer: Ashok Bubbnaa of Basera Esstates, Vishrantwadi and owner is Shyam sundar Chaudhary.. When I entered in house there was not proper electric fittings and not painted.And I maintained well during this period. And now When I decided to leave the house this August 2010, Ashok Bubbnaa/Shyam sundar Chaudhary where not returning complete deposit. They have returned me only 10,000 from deposit amount 25,000. And now they are not picking my phones.

I want to say to all you my friends don't go to Ashok Bubbnaa (brokers) who talk too sweet when you go to take house. When it comes to take your own money from them they don't have time to talk to you.
