I, Ravindra Kurodi, have applied for HSRP on dt. 12 October 2023. My vehicle no is- KA 63M1801, Karnataka. The payment was successful on dt.16 October 2023 but I did not get any kind of information about the concerned online payment. I have mailed them many times and tried to contact with help line number but it was in vain.

When i reached at showroom they said they didn't received the hsrp then again i asked then they checked and said they didn't received any hsrp of this number
And check their website and tried to contact them but that's not working in their website.

The fitment date was 29th Oct 2022 but i am not receiving any message for fix the number plate.So i went to fitment center(showroom) they checked and told they didn't received number plate(OR02AB3005) also they checked their register also didn't find.and i am also not receiving any msg or mail from your side for reschedule. Till now my bike number plate not delivered to showroom.
Kindly please take a look and resolved it as soon as possiable.

Please refund the deducted amount of Rs:355.31/-(Rupees three hundred fifty five & thirty paisa )only towards order of HSRP.As per your mail the said amount transaction was successful & showing error during payment vide transaction id:674f13c9738e756577fe on order dt:29.7.2022.There is no messages/receipt received.

My fitment date is 26/10/22.But when I go to the fitment location, a employee said me your HSRP is not fetch, so contact to helpline number for information.But I contact to helpline number.But he/she not received my phone call.So I complaint at here

I had the appointment on 19=Oct-2022 for HSRP installation. I visited there but they told number not received. I did request on 22-Oct-2022 and the DC: 00009440 and they told you will receive the number within 10days. But when again visited the service center "MAA TARINI MPOTORS -OLDFITMENT, KHAIRA, BALASORE, ODISHA, Ph- [protected]", they told that they have received the number but not able to find at that time due shortage of manpower and kept my receipt. Also the very painful thing is they are not picking the number given Ph- [protected] and they are telling that they can't receive any call as company has not been provided any person to do so.

Request your URGENT attention please.

I, Biswaranjan Parida, have applied for HSRP on dt.[protected] at 11.20pm. My vehicle no is- OR -05AL- 2320, Odisha. The payment was successful on dt.[protected] but I did not get any kind of information about the concerned online payment. I have mailed them many times and tried to contact with help line number but it was in vain.

Error popped-up after the payment was made, I did not received any further details from either vendor or Realmazon information about the date and time for updating the HSRP.

The payment was successful but i didn't get ant further information about it.
I tried to contact with helpline number, but it was in vain.
Error popped-up after the payment was made.I got the receipt from realmazon odisha but i didn't receive any details thereafter from either the Vendor or Real Mazon information

I have booked HSRP with khorda district and city Bhubaneswar. But my location address became Jagatsingh pur district which is 150 KM away from bhubaneswar. Kindly relocate the same to bhubaneswar or cancel the booking.
This address also mentioned bhubaneswar, but when contacted over phone they told its head office adress, so its confusing.

But on going to the dealers address, they told me that they didn't have the no. plate and there is no such registration and slot booking. But I have received a mail of successful transactions.
