No rent paid to me by this property management firm. They are holding the advance money from tenant and hence i cannot ask them to vacate also

Realtymonk - sam and heera are the greatest frauds of india. They have not paid our rent from past 5 months now.
Neither getting our house vacated. Never answers call and never reply to emails. Everytime they tell lie and troubling us a lot with not paying our rent for the flat we had purchased from hard earned money.

We are planning for legal action and suing them for trouble they hav given us. Wanted to know if anyone...

I had the worst experience with them, i was their tenant. I was staying in vijay by tensquare apartment in chennai from jan 2019 to april 2019. Unfortunately i had to move from chennai to a different place.
I requested to return my deposit and i have given more than enough time, till now they haven't returned a single penny to my account.
Whenever i make a call with them they will say, they will return amount within 2 days....

The company is not paying back the deposit amount.
It did not pay the monthly rent to owner so owner made us to vacate the flat and now the owner and we, the tenants both are waiting to get back our deposit amount.
Harish kumar, heera and sam, the companies md are cheat. They just keep on postponding things.
They have multiple companies registered.
Realtymonk or vesta power pvt. Ltd. This is the company name.

I have rented out my flat at janya gardenia rt nagar bangalore to a company called realtymonk (https://www.realtymonk.com/) from october 2018. They have not been paying the rent from last 6 months and when i requested to end the contract and handover the house back to me, they dont even respond.
I even visited their office in hrbr layout to resolve the issue. They talk very rudely and have very unethical practices. I have seen many other people at their office with similar complaints. Please help me with getting back my dues and my house.
They had given me 4 months as advance deposit which also got lapsed as the rent is due for 6 months now.

I handed over my flat to realty monk for rentals and have been suffering since then. I have not received rentals post the fit out period. And month on month have been following up for rentals post which they have paid me rentals only till may 2019. Since june 2019 haven't recd my rentals. I have given them a notice for termination of contract and even after repeated reminders they are not responding to my mails or giving a favorable response over calls. They just keep avoiding to respond. I have fear that i might not get my outstandings from them and will face trouble during the handover.
