I have recharged Rs 628 for airtel recharge from the website on[protected]. The amount was deducted from the account but the recharge was unsuccessful.
I did not receive the refund to my account. Kindly check on this issue and help us in refund of the amount.

A transaction of rs525 was made on 11/01/2021 at 10.54am, through Paytm wallet, but the transaction was failed due to some technical difficulties from your site, and money was deducted from Paytm wallet. Transaction no.[protected], merchant order ID: 18057431. And I haven’t received any refund till now.

Kindly close these type of criminal websites. I recharged my Vodafone postpaid number for 470₹. They add extra 24₹ for service charges. Finally recharge my number for 494₹. But didn't get any recharge. I checked thrice before the recharge for the number and operator. Its all correct. But I didn't get any recharge. Kindly block these types of criminal websites

I recharged my sim card today morning and they took 187rs+10rs additional total 197rs but my sim was not recharged.Please give me back my 197rs immediately.

I made the payment of Rs132 to recharge my JIO number but their website crashed and amount has been deducted from my account but my number is not recharged.

Recharge Cube is a fraudulent website which saves cookies and deducts amounts from your bank via debit/credit card transaction or Netbanking under the merchant name "SAFARI BKS ONLINE-FLOW" . You will find multiple such complaints and disputes online. This is the first pop-up which comes as an add if you wish to perform recharge for telecoms services. Such transaction are performed right after you recharge on this website (1-2) hours timeframe. They save the information entered by customer and by pass OTP mechanism if you hold internationally usable credit/debit cards. I have been a victim of such transaction on 9th January 2021 for an amount of 9470.12 RS unauthorized deduction at 3:30PM IST 2 hours after I recharged for amount of 1050 RS at 1:36PM IST. FIR and Police complaints and have been filed under cyber crime. Logging this so others are not a victim for the same. Please also report google ads for this website if it comes at pop-ups

I made a recharge through the RechargeCube portal for my mobile number [protected]. The money is deducted from my account but my phone is not recharged even half an hour. Also, ConsumerCube does not provide any phone number to contact to and do not send autoreply on complaint sent through their portal.

We have tried contacting Jio with the same complaint who (expectedly) referred us back to rechargecube guys.

Can you please help or advise the next legal steps?

I have recharged my idea number [protected] through recharge cube for 100 twice..deducted 210 rs from my account on last sunday

Amount deducted from bank 2000 but recharge not completed please refund the amount

I had recharged my Jio mobile using RechargeCube for a Rs.555/- plan. I received a message saying recharge was successful and amount was cut from my account. My mobile was not credited and when I contacted Recharge Cube customer care, they emailed me to go to Jio customer care n I'm just running from pillar to post.
