Recharge not done even after a month

After paying 239+10=RS.249, for my postpaid loop mobile no.[protected] (account email id = nikhil.[protected]@gmail.com) i got a message saying REJECTED BY BANK at your website.But that amount is deducted from my bank account and it also is not paid to Loop .Please Refund my amount Rs.249. Website malfunction

the website has been down for a few days, the recharge page is malfunctional, other useless pages appear. But there is no use since I can't recharge, i can't take out my money, Complaints to http://www.rechargeseva.com/Support.aspx are reverted to some database error, helpdesk email ID is non functional and so is [protected]@rechargeseva.com, my email is bounced back. Please do look into this, money in my wallet is still...
