Amount Debited - Recharge failed and showed code error page

Hi Team,
I used my mwallet to recharge for 10 INR on 25th August. But I received an error page. My mwallet credits have been used but not recharged. It doesn''t show up in My orders as well. Even a simple error handling has not been implemented in the website. Refund the amount back to my wallet. Registered Email Id : [protected]@gmail.com

After paying 239+10=RS.249, for my postpaid loop mobile no.[protected] (account email id = nikhil.[protected]@gmail.com) i got a message saying REJECTED BY BANK at your website.But that amount is deducted from my bank account and it also is not paid to Loop .Please Refund my amount Rs.249. I have recharged on date 7/7/2012.Even though the amount of Rs200 is deducted from my bank account.It is been 20 min But payment is shown pending.

the website has been down for a few days, the recharge page is malfunctional, other useless pages appear. But there is no use since I can't recharge, i can't take out my money, Complaints to http://www.rechargeseva.com/Support.aspx are reverted to some database error, helpdesk email ID is non functional and so is [protected]@rechargeseva.com, my email is bounced back. Please do look into this, money in my wallet is still...

i have recharged from rechargeseva.com of vodafone of 120rs recharge 2times i.e 240....the amount is deducted from my account but in rechargeseva account showing payment pending..i complainted in there but no action was taken...recharge also not came or money refunded...please take action regarding this..
