Bad, poor service.
I want to beware every person who is in touch with rechcare company one sim-all recharge, multi recharge, at kolkata. Owner talks very politely, sweetly, honestly but false, wrong, not genuine.

The service & performance are very bad, poor, bakwas. Company will promise to give a lot of features & facility but false, wrong.
Dont talk & take service. Very bad, poor service, u will cry & weep everyday.
Paisa phasega, wapas nahi milega. Rch. Not done. Amount deduct, not refunded, if want to cry & get tensed, touch with this company, very bad company.

My complaint against: rechcare pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Arnab bhattacharya cheated me.
Fake knowledge provide me. I have lost 15000 rs. My distributor id is dist12614

Very bad experience
Never came across such a worst customer care people as they disconnect calls instead of hearing the complaint and they never look to the issues or provide any explanations i am seeking for.
It seems like i have wasted my hard earned money by registering here. People are not friendly at all and at times its so difficult to reach out this guys which impacts our business.
Few days back i tried logging to the site at night and it was not working, sms packs recharge didn't worked yesterday, the retailer update phone section in the site has some bugs as it doesn't work in one attempt. Customer care not reachable easily even though they have mentioned some lines not sure what it is about...

My complaint against: rechcare pvt. Ltd.

I joined rechcare rs 1000 registration fees as a distributor of all in on recharge using one sim after he gave me distributor id and password after i deposited rs.4000, with 3950 for pin generation charges,

Low class services is provided, web site and app are not proper work, i lost my customers, not receive my call.

Mene bahut bar phone try kiya unki team santusty se jawab nahi deta kyu ki unko khud ko nahi malum ki id kab open hogi. Na koi custmer care ke phone lagta hai na hi unki team phone uthati hai. Ek id dilaker kam khatam. Ye kesi company usko hendal karne wala hi chor hai. Paisa dalhe hi phone uthana band. Unko kam karne ka tarika hi nahi ata hai. Ek bhi complain ko sole nahi kar sakte. No koi reply. Sab chor hai. Inke bato me na aye....

Rechcare make people fool for online recharge please be aware from this company. They will make big promises but they will not fulfill. They will share everything with you through email like their registration, certification etc. And tell to give 3.2% commission. They will tell to recharge with 1000/-rs but they will not tell you that after that first recharge should be with minimum 6000/-rs/. After registration with 1000/-rs they will ask you to recharge with 6000/-rs. Then activated say that add retailer, add retailer then 4975 rs was detected my account... Jhooth bol ke customer ko fasate hai bhut sari chige batate nhi hi baad me bolte hai itna paisa aur katega aap ko pura pareshhaan kar denge mai to pareshaan ho gaya hu aap mat inke baato me aana please please..

I registered under foc option, all retailer activation is free, as you said before distributorship and after distributorship... This company sales and customer care peoples are cheating guys.. They took my money rs.1000 and rs.6000, totally rs.7000, they cheated me, unnecessary deduction. Mainly, they will not take phone calls, after paying money. Take action against mr. Arnab bhattacharya, worst and cheating guy in this company.

Rechcare company me customer care ko mene call kiya iske baare me puri details li to usne bola 1000 rs only distributor charge he iske alawa koi charge ni he to mene done kar di phir mene balance transfer kiya to usme pin generate ka bata raha tha to mene ese hi lagaya to usme 4975 rs debit to mene wapis customer care se baat ki to wo bola ye debit nahi hoga aapko wapis aa jayega mene bola k to phir mene jese pin generate kiya to amount debit ho gaya phir wapis nahi aaya to mene customer care ko call lagaya to jwab hi sahi nahi de rahe he aur nahi koi email reply de rahe he aur balance bhi cut kar raha he aur usne certificate bhejne ka bola wo bhi nahi bheja

Agar koi v rechcare company me invest krna chahta hai to pls mt kijiye.j company ek no ki cheater hai.j log bde politly baat krke logo ko fsate hai.j kehte kuchh hai aur krte kuchh aur hai.main kisi aur multirecharge company k sath kaam kr rha tha.is company me arnab bhattacharya hai wo bola k agar aap pehle se hi kisi aur company ke sath kam kr rhe hobto aapko apni id se free retailer bna skte ho.pehle inhone bola k 10000rs deposit krdo account me.aapki free me distributor ki id ban jayegi aur 10000 rs aapka balance distributor id me aa jayega.jb maine 10000rs deposit krwaya to inhone bola k 5000 rs aur deposit ktwao kyonki hmara system 15000 se km ki ammount uthata nhi hai aapke account me 15000rs aa jayenge..maine socha k chlo wo mere account me aa jayenge .pehle inhone meri id ka jo bola tha 1000 kat liya uske baad 100 rs inke account me deposit krne k liye kat liya.fir inhone 4975 retailers ki 25 ids bnane ke liye advance me hi cut kr diya jbke inhone bola tha k meri retailers ki ids free bnengi.uske baad inhone meri call ka koj response nhi diya agar koi uthata v tha to bolta tha k arnab luch krne gya hai chahe jis time v kr lo.inka koi v customer care no nhi milta hai na hi escalation no milta hai aur wo v 50 vaar krne pe ek hi vaar milta hai.so sbhi dosto ko request hai k is company me invest mt kijiye agar mere paise mujhe wapis kr do to main aapka abhari hunga Thanks Gagandeep Singh

Is company ka owner arnab bhattacharya fraud hai. ye consumer complaints se logo ne number copy karke unpe call karke kehta hai meri multi recharge service lo jisme no any t&c, no fees and high commission, just maintain 100rs in distributor account.
service lene ke kuch din baad ye distributor ke 10000 block kar deta hai or dhamki deta hai na kholne ki.
iske recharge minimum 15 min mein process hote hai.
friends isne mere 10000 block kar diye or mere sabhi retailers ki ID block kar di or call pick bhi nhi kar raha.
plz agar aapne ye company join ki hai ya join karne ja rahe hai to plz meri help karo iski complaint karne mein.
