Test report was wrong

Dear Sir/Madam,

This company service is not good at all they have collected sample at 11.45Am and i have paid him the payment against the Charges which is Rs.680/- and screenshot given to boy but again i got a call from customer care and they asked me that your payment received to us we have hold your blood for non payment of blood test. i have made the payment again through the link shared by customer care and we have received the confirmation on email but still i am chansing the team for my report but they are just time buying no one is giving proper response from yesterday.

Request for your help to get the report.

I booked the appointment for india fit check up plan on 22nd november 2022 for slot 11.00 to 12.00. they took sample at 12.16 pm. since then there is no update, as they said they need 24-48 hrs, ( god knows what they do with sample and took this much time for report hope they are not making cocktail), other labs such as DRLALPATH, nuberg, green cross, supratech, sunlab, thyrocare, 1 MG gives report with in the day these guys need 48 hr wow.
after 48 hr i contact them for the update of my reports at first they said your sample has not received, and said we need to pick another sample. they took filled 3 tube with my precious blood. moreover they gave this information when i contacted them.
NOT RECOMMENDED LAB they play with your health
GOING TO SUE THEM.
