eyebrow shapers and knee braces

Hello,
I bought two eyebrow shapers from https://redcrate.in on 23rd may, 2019. They sent damaged goods. I asked for refund. They asked me to send products back for replacement or exchange. I asked for knee braces in exchange. Now their [protected]@redcrate.in and [protected]@divadeal.in mail ids are bouncing. See all thescreenshots attached as requested

product returned but amount not refunded

Hello sir,
I ordered a product from redcrate.in with a order no rc225563 for rs 2000. The product was portable arc cooler. The delivery never happened on time so i went to the warehouse and collected the product. The product was completely damaged. So i returned the product via delhivery logistics by paying 350 rs. The tracking number to return the package is[protected] via delhivery.com. The company has already received the damaged product on 19th june but they are not replying to my email about refund. The only response i get from them is once they receive the product they will get back to me.. Could you please check this and help me
