Laptop Battery stopped working got replacement as the replacement bettery stopped working in month now they it's out of warranty

Order Laptop battery from Flipkart, order was fulfilled by Rga IT.
Laptop Battery stopped working after 4 got replacement as the replacement bettery stopped working in month now they it's out of warranty.
They say warranty will be applicable from date of purchase.
While replacing bettery said said over mail it new battery and warranty sticker has been put.
Now they are denied for replacement

order laptop charger but undelivered
I have ordered laptop charger pa 1650 66 from rega it. They said that they have delivered the package but till now not delivered to my address.
I have paid it through netbanking. When complained about it thay said that already delivered, but to whom they don't know. They have mailed me the pod and mentioned that they have delivered it to lijin which is not true and the signature also seems to be fake.

I have indented for Dell Inspiron N5110 (9 cell) Laptop battery, but I have received Dell Inspiron N4010 (9cell) Laptop battery.
The Invoice no[protected] dated 23/1/2016 is for item N5110
The printed label on the parcel packet is also for N5110.
But when parcel opened the product inside is N4010.
Please deliver my product as per my order.

Substandard and dysfunctional products

I had recently bought a charger manufactured by this company from Flipkart. The first piece that was delivered burnt off, by literally giving off sparks. Before that I had even got a shock by touching the pins of the charger after removing it from socket. This was replaced by Flipkart on request. The second piece also stopped working after 2-3 days. I faced the same issue of getting shocks from it whenever I removed it from the socket and accidentally touched the pins. Since then the product has been working on and off and had recently stopped working completely. I was unable to make an exchange request because of my busy schedule. The quality of the product is highly unsatisfactory and from my experience is dangerous for the customer.
