dear sir
i had applied for a normal passport in 2005,however i am still waiting for my passport.
i am a serving army officer presently posted in kashmir.
My file no is DLH-Z[protected].
Of last five years i have been mostly posted in kashmir only , however during my leave i always enquire regarding my passport at district passport cell in rohtak but in vain.
we are taught in miltary law that an army...

I wish to bring to your kind notice that we had submitted our forms for new passports on 30th April. Based on the same we had booked our tickets for onward journey which are non-refundable. As I am traveling with my family and have paid a huge sum of money for the tickets, I am feeling helpless in coordinating with your team. Our form nos are as under:
