However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Desptch no:fgn-AIR-RLA 2508, RR[protected] IN,Dated of despatched:01/11/2010. above detail of my registry letter, morthan one month passed but still i did not received any letter so that i want to know the region about delay of delivery. Kindly request to your team please try to solve my problem as soon as possible and try to deliver of this letter. i would be highly thankful to you!

respected sir,
this is to inform u that i m (deepak bhumbla) suffered alot bcoz of poor service of your shakurpur, G-block branch delhi-34, they (all staff) are always deny me to registry my postal & gave me the reason that these postals belong to the other branch. which is not the proper reason to digest. when i wanna their complaint book they misbehaves with me.
please take a satisfactory step...
