Me and my sister both placed orders on the rakhi 2014 and setup a delivery2 days before rakhi festival.

We were charged for the order about $40 each and never heard back from the website again. Phone line says "please wait, our reps are helping others" and then it auto disconnects the line. No response of any emails as well.

I wish to report that reliablegifts.com seems to be a fraudulent company. In July, 2010 I had ordered for a cake (Order No:RGC35810) to be shipped to Sibsagar, Assam for a relatives birthday but got a response after few days that they cannot ship the cake to address mentioned.
