poor quality of broadband and landline connection and unprofessional customer service

I had taken a broadband connection from Reliance ADAG (manoj - KGN Enterprises), user ID –[protected], on the 19th of aug 2011. There has been a string of incidents during the installation of this connection and after the installation as well. All these poor quality of the product as well as the customer service makes me feel disgusted at choosing a reliance product. I am totally let down by the poor performance of the product as well...
