Here almost one year ago this mini tower was installed. Since then our network and data connectivity is poor . Its like every second day the speed is like 30kb its of 2g. We tried complaining bt they dont respond and the owner of tht place doesnt call the technician for repair . We have given up our hope if it will ever be repaired. When theres rain we are scared tht the network wont go cause after rain its goes out like electricity

After several request the construction site is not stopping the installation process

I live in kargil city, kargil city have fewer jio towers than other telecom services, we experience slow network speeds in and around kargil city. Plus there are no jio service centre to file a complaint there. Here in baroo kargil network is extremely slow even it is hard to talk to someone over voice call. Fix it at earliest or i am switching to airtel, i am taking costumers away as much as i can from jio to airtel. I can do this atleast

Here in Palampur, HP, 176062 we all the residents of CSKHPKV hostel and students o[censored]niversity are facing major network related issues because of far situated cell tower. We face problems regarding data connection and interruption in calls. We are now facing this problem from almost a year. My friends had also complained about this situation. Please make sure to look at this problems ASAP.

At our location of Walhekarwadi, Sayali Complex, Gurudatta colony lane no 1 to 5, Pimpri chinchwad, Pune-411033 facing tower signal range problem.

Can you please look into this issue on priority, we are working from home and multiple times power gone so we have a single source of internet with connecting mobile to the system and due to poor network we are unable to work properly.

House is damaged by Reliance Jio Tower need repairing cost other wise the house roof will fall on somebody when who will be the responsible

I am currently located at Sai, Taluka: Mangaon, Dist. Raigad, Maharashta and Jio tower in my area goes down very frequently since last 2 weeks. I am working from home and like me there are others too. We do not have broadband facility, hence we have to rely upon Jio. Such network outages must stop as we cannot work efficiently.

This is to inform you that a newly installed jio tower behind our resident is installed without electricity which resulted using generators all the time and creating an unbearable noise, we are unable to bear the sounds, unable to sleep because of the sounds.

This would be humble request to resolve this or we will have to take this to higher authority.

I am facing various problems from jio network. when there is electricity in village the jio network works smoothly but when the electricity of village goes off. jio tower also gets off in our area. Daily 3-4 hours our jio network goes in emergency mode even we cant do call or sms to anyone. we are buying higher data packs for continious data connection but if you can't provide proper service then tell us we have other options. Even Airtel is providing better service than jio.

I am using jio from last 3 years. and now these days where work from home is going we are suffering from network problem. There is huge network problem going in our area. Only jio Network shuts down for an hours where as other network is working smoothly. Airtel is giving better service that jio so please correct the issue otherwise our whole society will gets switch on Airtel. Everyone is facing huge network issue direct emergency call is showing.

Sir, Besides installing jio tower in our village, jio network is so poor that we cannot even make outgoing call or receive incoming call. And regarding internet, jio network is so unreliable that it makes us want to shift to Airtel network.. Please do something about it and fix it for good..

3 month delay in getting the rent of jio tower in my property...

As previously i have complained about not getting installed of jio tower on my land, it's still not get processed.

We urge not to install Jio tower in our residential area which is being setup.

It is being setup in a residential area and Chankaya Degree and Intermediate college, SR Digi School, Sri Chaitanya School, Nandana Degree college and more importantly just beside District Hospital, Nirmal.
Aforementioned all are within 100meters radius of Jio tower.

Please stop process of tower setup, else we will be submitting compliant to TRAI along with filing lawsuit before District court.

With due respect, i want you to get in concern that we have done the agreement for installation of jio tower on our land on 03-nov-2020, but still there is no progress, the tower is not installed yet.

This tower is installed on the roof of the house of Mr. Rabindra Nath, 18/5 West Rabindra Nagar, Dum Dum Camtonment, Kolkata - 700065, opposite Adarsha Sangha Play Ground, without any of the neighbour's permission.

The tower is installed at zero feet from my residential house. This area is highly residential.

Due to high risk is generated to our family's health problems, so kindly request you to please remove the tower from our locality immediately. Otherwise I will take it up against that person and against Jio in a different level and different forum.
