i have recharged my phone reliance GSM [protected] on 13.02.2013 at 10.30 pm. i didnot get the recharge in my mobile but my amount is deducted in my bank account...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Poor Customer care
Earlier Reliance had Rs.496 Recharge facility, which makes Std reliance to reliance free.
But few days back they have withdrawn that facility without any prior intimidation.
And then when i called customer care they suggestd to go for Rs.650 plan.i.e.578 tlktime, 11pm to 6am Std Reliance to reliance free. But they didn't tell that it can be done only through paper or shops AND NOT THROUGH INTERNET.
And when i did...
