Dear sir, I lost my mobile on 10/01/2015 and from that time i called so many times to customer care and i charged also but i couldn't get any solution exept a message "reliance me call karne ke liye dhanyabaad" pls block my following no- [protected].I have been mentally and economically torture from this bloody service. I have purchased a SAMSUNG Galaxy Y Duos mobile phone from Vijay Sales, Dwarka New Delhi (V No.78DDW10-12SDN 1) on 12.10.2012. One relience SIM was also given to me alongwith aforesaid phone with a condition that I will get free 1 GB data every month for 6 months. But this service has not started on my phone. Inspite of several requests with customer care of Reliance, they have not takern it positively.
Concerned may kindly be directed for needful or compensation may also be ordered, please

Its plan was 5ps/min to reliance and 30ps/min to other networks
and GPRS 300MB for 6 month
Bt i am unable to access internet Still

my self ganesh kolte([protected]@yahoo.co.in) i have reliance sim card([protected]) i told customer care too many time please don't active any service on my sim card. and always they replied Service is activated by you and we can't refund your money Actually i didnt reply any service messages. and its happen too many time with me they deduct the balance without permission and after deduction they don't send any message regarding to this deduction am tired due to this stupid things please help me out regarding this. i am very poor person i know the value of 1 rupees and they deducted directly 30 rupees. every time(Kya reliance ke din etane bure aa gaye hai ke vo garib logonke gale katane lake. inse aache to bhikari hai kam se kam paise mang ke lete hai. ye to mangate bhi nahi chor uchaako ki tarah direct cheen lete hai) this is not good.

i got reliance sim last month...and since then it has been a problem...Every now and then they are activating one or more plans on my sim card w/o my consult....when i m talking to thier customaer care executive, they say that since it is in their database that means i have asked for these activation...but i hav never sent any this kind of message.. i hav already lost around 60 rs...pls help

I did not request for Caller tune from my end then also they activated caller tune on my no. And started to deduct 30 rs. per month from my account.

sir,
i purchase duplicate sim card of reliance company from reliance mobile store, new sanganer road, sodala, jaipur, rajasthan. they charged high rate from the real rate and not giving me bill or receipt. they enter purchase details in their own register.
please help me for this.

Sir,
On 2nd of Aug 10 I lost my cellphone with Reliance GSM Sim card (Phone No [protected]). Through reliance customer care I got that Sim blocked (Requisition No[protected]. Again on 16 Aug 10 I got issued a duplicate Sim from the Reliance store Pallavaram for Rs 50.00 with ICCID:[protected]. I was assured that Sim will be activated by same day evening. But when I tried in my cellphone it was displayed on screen as 'invalid Sim'.

Again I conatacted custmor care where I was confirmed that Sim is activated and I may approach to nearest Reliance store for the same. On 17 Aug 10 I approached to Reliance store Tambaram where rectification was performed and I was assured that after a hour it will start working. But no progress made to my prevailing problem.it was still "invalied" Sim.

Again I contacted their custmor care and again I was advised to visit nearest Reliance store.Now I am fade up. Why should I make Up and down every now and then? Sir please resolve the problem so that justice is brought to a custmor. Thank You sir.

I have a complaint regarding the Reliance sim that iam using now.. My number is[protected].. I have been experiencing problems like iam not able to make a call to any number..moreover they automatically upload m.vedio(i do not even no what it is) and cut Rs.15 every month since 2 months.one more is their customer service is not good.

I have lost my Reliance sim card (GSM) along with my cell phone baring cell no. [protected] (purchased at Secunderabad, Police Line show room) on 3rd January 2010 in Auto at Kchiguda Railway Station – Hyderabad while getting down for catching Chennai train at 4 pm. I have tried to reach my no but it has been switched off.

So sir i request you to please block my no. so it can't be used by anyone in a wrong manner.

Further, I would like to take the same no. again, i[censored] could provide me with same package as previous.

outgoing calls barred
My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 50 Rs. and validity upto lifetime and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.
