This is to bring to your notice that I'm using Reliance Smart No. [protected] for the past two three month.i have never subscribe caller tune but I was charged for that many time.I was contacting customer care no again and again but I didn’t get any positive response on that. I have lost almost 200 to 300 Rs balance which I have never subscribed.one time I have deactivated that service also but still situation...

I am trying to call the customer care number 198 and *333 to log on the complain about my msgs not being sent, although i am able to receive msgs from other numbers, but they are not receiving the calls to solve my queries. From last 2 months i have been complaining to deactivate my msg pack auto renewal scheme bt they are not doing the same. This month almost 10 days before my msg pack expired and i had to make urgent msgs so i had to recharge...
