I am a former employee of Reliance Smart Point, Beach Road, 2531.
My name is Vishnu K (Employee code:[protected]. I'm preparing for public service examination so won't be working for a while. I couldn't withdraw my PF amount as the DOE is not updated. HR provided me with this email id:rrl.[protected]@zmail.ril.com, which says unknown. My UAN no.[protected]. I need help getting this fixed. Thank you....

As earlier I complained about my 2 refund issue, I got the money after so much troubled I face, , , my two succesful transactions were done on 19.11.22. Out of that one refund I got on 22.12.22 and another I got 21.02.23 respectively. On a special note- As per RBI norms (UPI)
a Account debited but the beneficiary account is not credited (transfer of funds). I[censored]nable to credit the beneficiary account, auto reversal (R) by the Beneficiary...

Collected amount of rs 579 twice .refund not received....

Yesterday I visit in ITI(smart point) yamunanagar
Staff not attending thecustomer
And behaviour of staff is very bad when I asked to pack the things, the staff told me to pack yourself....

Bad behaviour of the security Guards and since the smart point of adjacent to our building everyday they unload their stuff at our gates front due to non availability of their own parking front. Security guards are rude and mannerless and have no etiquettes....

A month has been passed but sodexo card is not being available yet, the store members laugh on asking and give silly explanation...

I am Sanman Khandei. yesterday on 06 June I had gone to your mall to buy some material. when I was billing by mistake repayment amount of 558 rupees at 8.3 am. At that time I asked available employee of you. they said they can't help me. and someone said within 24 hour it will be refunded. But still I don't refund. plz kindly note my Issue. I want get back my money....
