Reliance Wipod Complaints & Reviews

I was using reliance pro 3 for 1 year. The product is ok for me. But last june they informed me that their 3g plan is stopped and they were migrating it to 4g gsm. So as per their information i upgraded my cdma sim to reliance 4g and then purchase new wipod device of rs 899. On june 28 th i got a mial from reliance about the basic details of my new wipod and 4g details. They also mentioned in that mail that there is no chane...

My reliance wipod number [protected], from three days it's not working (no signal) there is no signals, i contact near service center (redhills) but they are not respond, my location near ponneri redhills chennai, they are not solve my problem, please solve my problem for network signals, previously this network signals also very poor, here need of tower in thachur ponneri...

My Reliance wipod internet speed is very less (10 kbps)..present network mode is pro-3..and network mode changed to hibrid also..but still same issue..many times called to Reliance care but no Respond from them.. Prob not yet cleared and nobody called regarding this..but paying billing amount for same..my recent complaint num is[protected]..and signal strength is very very less, some times it works (100 kbps to 150 kbps)that too not constant.i...

Bought reliance wipod on Nov 25th . from Nov 27 internet is not connecting.I spoke to customer care Reshma on 30 Nov..then spoke to Mr.sujit on 5thdec..then spoke to sunanda on 8th Dec ...then..annapoorani on 16th Dec...then...Priyanka on 18th Dec...finally on 21st I once again complained...till now no internet.. My wipod no [protected] My mobile [protected]...
