I am vignesh ramesh from erode, we have a account in erode branch. So we took mortgage loan at the name of vanthadevi (Mother) on 2014 and we completed it on january 2020.

But still we not received our original documents, from last 3 months, we asked our
Documents continuesly, but no response from bank, so me and my father decided to go erode mettur rd branch yesterday (27.04.2020) around 11.00...
