nuisance of neighbour
I stay in Mira road Naya Nagar, I have a grievances against my neighbour. We both have safety doors. Our neighbor has been keeping his door open through out the day creating obstruction for us. Every time we enter or exit from our house it bangs their door creating rift and fight .This is happening since 2 years, from the time they have purchased the house.

Our building construction is in such a way that we both face each other and have very narrow space. We have requested them to keep the door close after use, but they are not ready to do so. They say they will keep it open what’s soever it is. Simultaneously their door should not be touched. We always keep our door closed once we use it. They have fought with us with full of abusive languages. They have also been passing unnecessary remarks which will instigate fights in future.

I have also made a written complaint in the society, but as usual the society!!!

I did not want to make a police complaints. Since we have to stay long and for small things you cannot take issue to court and police.

I would appreciate that registrar office takes a note of this and send a notice to every society in mira road advising all tenants to keep their door close and avoid any nuisance.

is there any law or any action that can be taken.

Everyone should know the etiquette of living in a society.

not recieved electric bill from jan 2008. complaint 10 to 15 time to msed nerul about my resident RB/2/5/1 . Railway colony sector 22 juinagar new bombay 400705. pl take serious action

It is bring to the notice of all concerned that for the last ten years repairs / black topping of Roads of Pocket B-9 LIG Flats near Masood Pur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, have not been undertaken. Because of this during mosoon season it is very difficult to move on these roads as there are several pot holes. These roads are very dangerous specially for old people and children during night hours when there is no light. The RWA has requested several times to the concerned authorities but no action has yet been taken. It is once again requested that the roads of this area may be black topped or atleast repaired immediately. It is also stated that in all other sector of vasant kunj recently roads have been black topped but our LIG Flats roads have been left. The maximum lengh of the roads in this pocket will be around half or two kms only. Kinldy do the needful at the earliest.

sir i had new electric meter in RB2 5/1 RAILWAY colony juinagar sector 22 in july 2008 bill is not sending by msed. i have so many time to msed nerul with sri pramod kori and JE nerul for it. why i have been harassinng for it from last one year. please help me.

sir ,i m a resident of okhla, gaffar manzil lane no-13.....jamia nagar, sir as last month the cover of main hole has been changed but damaged cover was not taken away n for the last two months water logging take place in our lane that leads to moquito breeding so i request you to please take some positive action towards our problem ....as asoon as possible i'll be very much thankfull to you..

Unauthorised construction on two sides of the Road.

With deep regret, we resident of Sathi Reddy Nagar Colony, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad are forced to place our complaint against unauthorized contruction on both the sides of Road on left lane of the forth street.

As per GHMC/HUDA guidelines unauthorised construction is a cognizable offence and the one carrying out the unauthorized construction can be arrested even without any warrant for violating / breaching the rules.

With the HYDERABAD Urban Planning and Development Authority (HUDA) & Greater Hyderbad Muncipallity turning a blind eye to the misuse of Government property and peoples comfortability, more and more owners of strategically located houses, are constructing their house compound on roads.

According to Survey Plan, the alloted road is of 20 feet and now it has been occupied to nearly half of it on both the sides and the owners (Mr. Satyanarayana and Mr. Bikshapathi) of the houses are constructed their compounds on the road. It has become very difficult for the tress passers like two wheelers, four wheelers to turn at the corners where the road has been occupied and placed big stones on both the corners.

Now we request you to know as to (1) whether plan has been approved for construction of compound or fencing on the road affecting the normal life of residents of the bylane. (2)

We the resident of the colony now request the Commissioner of GHMC, Malkajgiri to instruct the Dy.Commissioner, Malkajgiri to take an immediate & a strict action against and see that the construction is stopped immediately and the portion constructed is demolished without any further delay. In case the plan has been approved please see that plan for construction should be cancelled. Further request you to see that no permission is given for constructions in bylane in near future which will effect the normal life of residents.

this is to inform you that in Pocket B-9 LIG DDA Flats Near Masoodpur Vasant Kunj, several residents have made illegal and unauthorised constructions. They have also dumped garbage and waste material in the public place. For the last one year owner of Flat No.9254 has been creating problems. He is not living here but the workers are dumping waste material and garbage. He has been informed so many times but the position is as it is. Please take an immediate action for the same. Also the street dogs are roaming here and there resulting biting several residents in the night. Owners of several ground floor flats have encroached upon the parking area resulting problems in parking the vehicles. Please take immediate action.

Sir, DDA, SFS Flats at Gulabi Bagh, Delhi are situated at a very low ground from the main road. Internal passages are provided at a very low level in comparison to the main approach...

We are getting wrrong Water bill .Two letter are given and I personnally met Mrs. Sushma Soni, Zonal Revenue Officer, but no proper response is given. I was told that this is a routine and will be corrected in a usual time and no time can be given. Copies of letters are given which were duly recieved with D.no 950 dated 13/03/2009 and 3709 dated 15/09/2009.

We are getting faulty water bills since a long time and much time is wasted for getting it corrected before these are deposited.Photocopies of five bills are enclosed herewith as per details below:

2. Bill amounting to Rs 515/corrected to Rs 253/
3. Bill amounting to Rs 753/ corrected to Rs 553/
4. Bill amounting to Rs 200/
5. Bill amounting to Rs 572/ corrected to Rs 335/

It is requested that records at your end should be corrected and next bill should be received by us in correct form. We are like many other residents of this area who are getting faulty bills and precious time is wasted. We should also be informed withen a month of receipt of this letter about action taken otherwise we will not hesitate to get the information under RTI Act.

Kindly refer to my application of dated 13th March 2009 (Diary No 950 dated 13/3/2009-photocopy enclosed) with which faulty and corrected at later stage, photocopy of five bills were enclosed. In spite of assurance given by you when I personally met you, that next bill be corrected. Still we are getting faulty bill and every time had to visit MCD office at Ring Road Paschim Vihar and lot of valuable time is wasted. I do not know how much time will be taken by MCD Authorities to correct it. I once again request to correct the bill without further delay.

We are residents of K.K.Nagar, I Secor, III Street, No.30. For the past one month our house is unfortunately is the target of Power cut at least 3 to 4 hours during the day time and from 7.00 pm onwards during the nights. HOW IS THAT OTHER HOUSE ARE SUPPLIED POWER WHEN WE ARE DENIIED ? ARE WE CHEATED ? COMPLAINTS MADE TO TNEB HAS FALLEN INTO DEAF EARS ! A TOTALLY INEFFICIENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE SYSTEM IS FOLLOWED AT K.K.NAGAR AND NO AUTHORITY IS QUESTIONING THEM !
OF POWER SUPPPLY TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY. WE THE PUBLIC RUN STUPIDLY RUN AFTER THEM TO FIX IT EVERYNIGHT.. CAN WE DO IT THIS DAILY ?

I live in
SOHAM Apartment, Nagappa Reddy Layout, ITPL Road, Kundalahalli, Bangalore 560037. There are more than 20 stray dogs in our small locality. During nights its a big struggle to reach home as all of them becomes hyper active in nights. Seeing their growth over the period of 6 months, i am afraid that any accident is likely to happen.
In order to avoid any untoward incidents, i request you to please take necesaary steps to sterlize / catch these stray dogs.

I live in
SOHAM Apartment, Nagappa Reddy Layout, ITPL Road, Kundalahalli, Bangalore 560037. The road in front of my apartment which connects to ITPL road its in terrible state. There is no road at all and its very bumpy. During rains its even more worse as it becomes muddy and impossible to walk down.

Please take necesaary steps to build this road before monsoon so that we can commute comfortably.
