Regarding stairs

समस्या यह है कि जब भी बारिश होती है बारिश का पानी सीढ़ियों पे आ जाता है जिस वजह से चढ़ने उतरने में काफी समस्या होती है फिसलने का डर बना रहता है जिस वजह से चोट भी लग सकती है बच्चो और महिलाओं के लिए काफी दिक्कत का सामना पढ़ता है
Complaint करने पर कहते है यहां के सेक्रेटरी यह काम नहीं होगा
कृपया कर के इस समस्या को जल्द से जल्द निपटवाया जाए आपकी अति कृपा होगी

Hello stop your eye wash email to us ok we don't want anything from you first reply for myself and my co family members including association useless service people first meeting you said me that you don't know anything about association but you very uneducated people and poor and lot's of lie from when you people start talking only rubesh lie only come i think you people don't know to keep your word's then y are you giving fake lie word's! You people given us commitments that 1800 rs for four house keeping 7000 *4= 28000 but you give 6500 only next you said security services four people 10000*4=40000 but you paid to vice president 40000 but he given to security services only[protected]rs to is pocket money that's our money next maintenance person 35000 but you paid them 33500 only 1500 rs for your pocket money next grand area 7000 one month you paid next month you stop it from next month four months salary for grand area people is 28000 your pocket money next floor cleaning person first month paid 6000 after you stop it 24000 your pocket money finally come to you stop house keeping it's how much money you put into your pocket see everything is watching by god so don't try to cheat others you asked 1000 for each house for stp and lift you earn money upto 190000 where is that big money if you say any story to me i'll take action against association member immediately without any mercy i am not joking and i am not putting time pass mail to you i'll complaint to rwa officer's immediately please every go to web site rwa you can file online complianc

unauthorized construction of ramps and gardens

Dear sir / ma'am
We are residents of 648, 2nd floor, niti khand 1, indirapuram ghaziabad and are member of rwa formed recently. This is to bring to your kind notice that the management of the rwa has constructed unauthorized gates on both the entrances of the lane and have also deputed guards thereon. The guards are from some local security vendor and no police verification of this security agency or the guards have been done. The gates are kept closed and hinder the movement of vehicles.
They have also deputed a vendor for the car cleaning and sweeper to pick up the garbage for the local residents of the society. To mention again, no police verification for these people had also been conducted till date.
The people have made unauthorized encroachment upon the road and have constructed ramps and gardens thereon. There is lack of parking space due to this and the people do not even park their own vehicles on the ramps so constructed by them. Despite repeated requests to the rwa on the matter, no action had been taken to solve the parking issues or demolish the unauthorized ramps and gardens so constructed.
Earlier the society was formed by local residents without formal registration and every member was charged rs 500 pm with the promise that rwa will provide basic amenities like security, street light, parking, cleanliness, etc.in the beginning the things were going great and everyone was honestly working on the kra's of the rwa. However with changing management and corrupt people, the basic principles of rwa were jeopardized and now the rwa is being run only for the benefit of the few select goons who manage the working of the rwa.
We request you to please protect us from these goons and take suitable action against the management of rwa who are unnecessarily tormenting us and forcing us to submit to their unreasonable demands. We also urge that suitable steps be taken to demolish the unauthorized encroachment of the roads and gates as per the bylaws of gda and oblige.

Illegal construction done by the president and allowing few residents for the same.

The president nisha of a-1 b, paschim vihar, krishna apartments has done illegal construction of garage in her house.She has encroached almost double the area outside her permissible limit of garage and given it on rent to the local sweet shop named jaina sweets.She has also allowed certain houses on the ground floor to make big verandahs outside their houses on the ground floor.There is total chaos when it comes to the welfare of the society and a one man show going on where no one can point out anything wrong being done here. There are few close members out of which one has become the vice president. There is no say of anyone whatsoever and the whole society is being harrassed by the president nisha.
It is certain there is some personal interest because of which many illegal activities are being allowed by nisha in the society on the pretext of ignorance.I hereby request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and do the needful so that the funds of the government are not spent on any individual's personal interest.

Mushmuring of Dengu Mosquitos

STRAY DOG MENACE AT HOUSING BOARD COLONY, SEC-31, GURGAON

This is regarding stray dog menace in Housing board colony, Sector -31, Near Jharsa Krishna Mandir, Gurgaon . My child recently narrowly escaped an attack by a pack of stray dogs in colony while going to school.
Last week a dog attached and bite a laundry boy badly while in service. To day an old lady become victim in the same place by another dog.
Apparently, there have been cases of dog bite and the situation is extremely threatening when alone. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs. These dogs can be shoot ed as it is against of human health.
The reason is that the dog attacking many stray dogs, kill them and eat their fleshes and through the fleshes around the colony.We have been experiencing bad smell everyday and soiled the colony very badly.
Kindly look in to the matter and help us to live peacefully as the children and old aged person can easily become victim.

E-2 ,VASANT KUNJ area,DDA flats ,DDA had constructed two gargabe sheds for residents,but president oand secretary of RWA has encroached one garbage shed and in Feb he converted garbage shed into Hindu temple.
Some of residents complained to RWA and even DDA and Police also,but no action was taken.It looks like All governments officers are not bothered what consequences residents will face in future .
Kindly look into the matter and get demolish illegal encroachment.

Stray Dogs menace
Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to bring this to your kind notice that approximately 15 stray dogs are there in our compound. Due to these dogs, the residents are facing regular problems. Recently, one of the dog has bitten a Security Guard. These dogs bark on anybody and there were cases in the past that they have bitten children in the society.
We request the MCD to kindly take necessary action immediately and send the Dog squad to avoid this problem.
Our address is mentioned below at the end of this e-mail.

I too have an problem of stray dog at Ambernath. on 05.01.09, when i was out of my house towards rikshaw stand at 6.50 am, few of the stray dogs started barking and was after me. I didn't run, but stood where I am and shouted to move it away, but still it was coming near. Even the residence, who feed them, didn't come for my help, but a man ahead of me, came and I was saved. I was literally shaken. This stray dogs were there for many years, I always asked and thought what to do. But nobody did anything and always I am afraid to go by that route and hence used to take long route. Hence please let me know where to complaint about this at Kansai Ambernath E.
