I am using Bharatpe swipe machine and qr code for collecting payment from my customers. Bharat pe has blocked my settlement from 24.04.2023. while withdrawing my collection its showing message on app that your account has been blocked for suspicious activities. i have called Bharatpe support for 4 times in past 5 days, but every time their executive is specifying that you will receive a call from bharatpe about resolving my isssue. they are...

I made a transaction of Rs.50000 via Google pay UPI from my IDBI bank account on 7th August 2022 to add money to my 12% Club account . The transaction was successful on Google Pay application and the amount was deducted from my bank account and credited to 12% Club's bank account. But the same is not yet credited in the my 12% Club account.
Attached are the screenshots with regards to the transaction.
I had requested the 12% Club support team to initiate the refund for the same. They are not responding to my complaint mails and have not refunded my money till date.

My Name is Sushil. Kadam. I want to raise a complaint against Resilient Innovations Private Limited (bharatpe). I and my family is getting a threatning calls from their employees and they use abusive language to every person whose no is Saved in my contact list. Pls see to it and take strict action against them.

We are the borrower and we took this loan(1Lakh) in the year 2021. Due to pandemic I was able to make 44K+ repayments seamlessly, only with ninth day of default they started abusing and calling all my contact lists and abusing them as, well. I reported this matter to "BjaratPe" higher management while reporting then, this matter on social media, there was a claim none of our employee will ever do this.

I had a conversation with BP's collection country head, I was given a commient (proofs all written in an email and voice records available)...there was no response to my email & not any till date. However, there has been multiple instances where they or their hired agency is illegally using contact list of my phone and dialling up any number, false claiming of the loan amount, guarantor and threatening them and asking anonyms person to clear the dues (that I had agreed to pay) but in this case (BharatPe) Resilient Innovations Private Limited needs to be sued for illegally using the data of the borrower and calling n numbers in the list and abusing, threatening, maligining my mothers(Borrower) name.

If seek relief and also compensation or can they be ban from doing business? Coz they are working just like a fraud may work.
