We had bought mattresses and pillows from restolex by making advance payments. Some purchase orders were cancelled after making the payments and now we have over 127000 rupees pending and have been asking for a refund for over 1 year now. Everytime they delay making some excuse or the other. The manager mr. Jacob is extremely rude and uses abusive language everytime he is called. We need our money back....

I purchased a Restolex spring mattress In Kerala about two years ago. It was found to be defective within 15 days and complained to the dealer and the manufacturer. Finally, the Bangalore-based company's representative came home, inspected the product and agreed that it was a defective piece, noting that it belonged a lot of defective mattresses sent to dealers in Kerala by mistake. It was replaced - but after six months of dogged and protracted...
