Proving impossible task and fake agreement documents. The company claims charges for not completing work given on time. It is completely fake company and harassing me to pay the charges

This company has signed the contract by himself without my permission

I got a call from [protected] and he asked me, are you searching for an online job? and I replied yes and he sent msg through WhatsApp and sent details of the job and one demo video, and I replied is it legit work ? he was messaging fastly and asked id proof and photo and mail id. I sent my driving license photo and mail id alone after that he sent an id and password and another call came from some other number and told me to click the link and sign up. I was confused literally and I finished all the procedures. and after searching on google I found it was a scam after I called him he was shouting in bad words and told me to pay the penalty of 5000 otherwise will go to court. I told let's go to court. after few minutes he messaged me that keep your family safe and I will hack your phone and he sent some IP address to threaten me.

sooo dear friends we searched for a job but we got cheated by some frauds like this. don't confuse about anything, even this type of criminals are still having guts to cheat others, we are following the right path we also should have the guts to face these kinds of frauds .lets stand together in unity and fight against these kinds of frauds.

I applied to a company called resumetofill. They manipulatively tried me to sign their agreement. They are a fraud company, I checked on consumer complaints portal, there were many fraud complaints against them, that very day, my close family member passed away and I asked them to end my agreement right there. Instead they are mentally harrasing me that I have to complete work any which ways, which I know that they only want their money, as they are fraud and many complaints already registered. He has forcefully said that I would have to complete the work or choose alternate person for work. He has been harrasing me to work any how in the situation when a family member has died from corona virus. And after checking what a fraud company it is and many complaints I do not want to associate with the company at all. They are a fraud and using threatening behaviour to get money.

She said me to fill forms online within 7 days 600 forms and told me payment of 15000 90% accuracy must be there. I saw reviews i came to its a fraud i stopped doing work. Now they are asking me to pay 5000. They asked my voter Id and email id as a proof.

The above portal is harrassing and has sent a legal notice saying they want me to pay Rs. 5900 as portal charges for a portal I have not used. I had enquired about the job and subsequently they asked for my aadhaar card and photo and they sent the username and password (and I was supposed to start working the next day), but the same day I told them I am withdrawing since I have got another job and they can cancel my application. This company is being ridiculous in expecting me to pay when I have not even started their work and have informed them a day prior that I am not intested. Please look into this and ensure that they don't harass and torture innocent people who are seeking a genuine. The same portal has refused to pay my friend who actually spend an entire week day and night doing the work, saying there was a quality issue but they are not ready to show or share the error report.

Guys do not trust companies on google or anywhere else you see that promises to offer large pay for relatively easy jobs especially resume filling. I almost fell prey to this scam. The scam that i was lead into was one where they ask to fill about 600 resumes in a week with 90% atleast accuracy and they'll give you 15, 000 Rupees as pay. it seems too good to be true almost. but the catch is that they say if you dont submit the assignment on time or if there isnt enough accuracy then you have to pay 5000 Rupees as damage incurred fees or whatever. These people will demand the money from you no matter what. so be careful. and also in case you do end up taking this up...they'll try threatening you with calls and messages claiming to file a lawsuit or to take you to court. JUST IGNORE THEM. They literally can't do anything. They just try to trap vulnerable people .

During this time of Lockdown I was looking for a source of Income and came across resumetofill.com on social media and thought it would be genuine since it is on indeed. one day(4/04/2021) I spoke with a person and he got me the user Id and password to the portal and told me to start working. After working i came to know that within 7 days, its impossible to finish the work. But I put extra effort and worked whole night and paid extra days charges too( 600 per day .So i paid 2400 total). I finished my work[protected]. But on the next day morning they send one email saying thag "This is the last warning mail to you and send 5900 as Software charges". Then i smell something wrong and googled that, then i came to know that this is such a fraud compnay and here many people are cheated.Our hard earned money they are looting us. Now they are sending threatining calls and mails..Plz help me how to get my back. I got a call from [protected], [protected] and i paid the money to UPI ID -[protected]@paytm. So please beware this numbers. If we stop these kind of cheaters, they will loot other people also

The company offered data entry job through WhatsApp no.[protected] for entering data from 600 numbers of supplied resunes in PDF format into company's own web site. The company itself created log in ID and password.for me and sentvit tgrough whatsApp and asked me to start the data entry job. Time offered was 6 days. I completed the job within 3 days Then I got one warning mail from the company whereby they demanded Rs 5000 plus GST as per "terms and conditions". However to be noted that I have not got any QC report from them as they intentionally and purposefully indicated some typing mistakes and rather than paying my dues of Rsx10000, they ironically demanded Rs 5000 from me.
Please take immidiate steps against them so that this website can not dare to cheat the unemployed youths like me in future.

Resume to fill.com calls me and give data entry work there were no hidden targets in aggriment and now they are threating me for either complete the work in which there are target based accuracy which are not mentioned in aggrement or either pay 5000 more whereas they had already taken Rs 2000 fro me for work extension and now threating me for more 5000 rs. This is a scam as per reviews of this site and there are many cases of fraud on this site resumetofill.com

The company contacted me on whatsapp regarding online form filling work and asked for my id after which I sent a copy of my voter's id. They then sent username and password and called me on whatsapp and asked me to login while continuing on the whatsapp call.
When I logged in, they asked me to write my name in a blank box which had appeared. After I wrote my name, they sent a contract on my email id stating that I would have to pay if I didn't complete the work.
I then understood that it was a scam and hence immediately replied on their email id that I was not interested and hadn't entered any contract with their company. I didn't use their portal and didn't do any work thereon on their portal.
However, now they have sent an email and are threatening to take legal action against me if I don't pay them 5900/- rupees.
