Bhayander station ticket window staff

Bhayander ticket window pr surendar naam ke uncle ne ticket Dene se mana ki even galat tarike se baat kiya ...reason mere pass 100 ka note tha or unhone kha 10rs leke aao toh hi ticket milegi ...

Want to complaint that if the ticket window staff will not give ticket if we don't have change then how to travel...

No infrastructure for handicapped person to reach platform no.4 and 5 at Borivali Station

Sir / Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that though Borivali being an important station in the Western Suburbs as about 60-80 % of the people going out of mumbai would be boarding the mail train from Borivali. However, the station administration staff has failed to draw their attention to the fact that no infrastructure has been provided for the handicapped person to reach platform no. 4 and 5 where the mail trains...
