Not attending calls and delivery boys charging unfair amount

The Gas agency is not attending the calls . Either they cut the call and place the receiver down or leave it ringing.
This is continuously happening and when we go in person also they are not treating the customers properly.
The delivery boys also charge up to 40 rs extra for a cylinder and if we don't give they use abusive words.
Kindly look into this issue ASAP...

Gas delivery boys asking more amount per cylinder
Hello,
When delivering the gas cylinder, the delivery boys are asking for tips Rs.30 more than what is wriiten on the bill. If not given, they are shouting in front of the house. I took this complaint to the gas agency (Revathi Gas Agency,Medavakkam,Chennai) many times. However there is no change with the boys. The agency people are not taking actions on this and this keeps continue. Done the Complaint on this in the many...
