I ordered a watch for 1990/- and i received one that one...

I want to return the product..they are showing a product on the image and I have received something awkward that doesn't even relate what I have ordered..I have ordered revogue watch..but received guess watch..wat is this?

I ordered for rolex mens watch full black online in revogue watches, it was was cash on delivery, after receiving i found it was damaged while opening the black paint started coming off. I received it on 28.7.2018 from the date im trying to return and get refund. Called customer care number they kept me on hold for long time and cut the call saying good bye.. Sent many emails to customer care but nothing worked so far.. I'm very dissapointed.....
