Rishab travels bus no RJ18 PB0249..Bus is over full by driver other than seat and seeliper...I surely give the artical in daink bhaskar on 06/12/2020...and compose the heavy penalty on it...

No curtains on the passage side. Conductor told me that curtains are gone for washing. He also told me that curtains are not needed. Driver told me if curtains are not available then should we tear our clothes and provide you with curtains. Are they mad or Rishabh travels do not know how to deal in customer service industry. I booked a ticket from Delhi to Surat, also check with Rishabh Travels about the Bus and they confirmed that yes we have a bus service. My frnd boarded the bus from Delhi(Dhaula Kuan) and then once they reach Udaypur then Bus conductor told that from here we have a different bus and that bus will be going to Surut. After 15 minutes conductor told that, the bus for Surat has been cancelled so we will provide you bus for Ahmadabad only....
