Dear Sir
My ID is 3DAECM
Most of my holding stocks details are not showing like
Avg price, Day P/L, Day%, Overall P/L, Overall%... from Upstox

I have given 20 Reminder mail till now. Its almost 1.5 months but No response and No Solutions yet.

Kindly resolve this on a priority basis otherwise I am not able to know my PL and other information.

      My user ID is 829178 and I closed my upstox account by giving instruction on their e-mail and also by sending physical copy of closure form to their mumbai address. This was done in Setember 2020 and still they are charging me monthly maintenance charges till november. I paid all dues and in September and informed about the same on mail. But no one from their support staff said that the process is pending.
      Following is the mail communication:
      Latest on top, oldest at bottom:

      Dear Vikas,

      Thank you for writing to us.

      Apologize for the delay in replying and inconvenience caused to you.

      This is to inform you that, In your account -22.84rs is there you've to add the amount then you can withdraw remaining amount.
      ​Kindly add 123rs then you can withdraw

      Kindly check the withdrawal procedure for app and web

      Upstox Pro- Login with client code and password and click on “Funds”. After that, select the exchange and click on “Withdraw Funds”. Enter the amount available to withdraw and Submit the request.

      2. Web portal- Login with client code and password and click on “Balance”. After that, select the excahnge and click on “Withdraw Funds”. Enter the amount available to withdraw and Submit the request.

      This is to inform you that we do process withdrawals only once in a day i.e. Withdrawal Cut off timing 8.00 AM Morning.

      If we receive the request before 8.00 AM the same will be process by 9 :00 AM you will receive funds same day on your Bank or else it would process on next working day.

      Bank are working on 1st 3rd 5th saturday.

      For withdrawal no charges.

      Minimum you can withdraw 100rs.

        Ucc-788873 is my demat ac no . In upstoakx I requested to company to close my ac it was created by mistake me. But thay not not hearing. I already sent mail to company. Thay saying to a closer from to company mumbai. But I am unable to send it via offline due to some reason of area and lockdown but thay r not understand this and charge me every month. What is this policies for open ac is on-line but no options to closer

          I tried to add funds in my upstox account. I used gpay for it.
          I was unaware of the fact that gpay account and upstox account needs to be same.
          however my money got debited from gpay account and was not added to upstox account.
          I tried to reach out to help and support team. They are not responding over email and ignoring my request. In response they are just telling me that both the accounts must be same.
          I get that point, but that doesn't give me back my money.

            I invested in axis long term equity fund direct growth mutual fund through sip (Systematic investment plan) through upstox app which is managed by rksv securities india private limited. A sip of 500 will debit every month from my state bank of india account. This month it is due on 18/12/2019. But they charged it on 16/12/2019 two days earlier without any intimation. As i have less than 500 rupees in my bank account on 16/12/2019. So they charged me 295 rupees as ech/nach return charges. I want my 295 money back. This is complete mistake on part of the company for which i was paid as a scapegoat. Even i recieved intimation message from company that sip 500 will get debited on 18/12/2019 which i attached screenshots of messages i received along with it i also attached the ech/nach return charges message i received. When i mailed them they given very bad reply. I aslo attached screenshots of my complaint and their negligent reply. Please look forward this issue and bring justice to me.
