Air conditioned buses are made specially and the glass windows are fixed ... Due to covid i took a non a/c sleeper bus ... The glass windows on the upper side of the births were fixed and there was no room for air circulation ... Whatdo they even think do they take the passengers life for granted? What if there was an asthma person ? ... Plz take strict actions against the travels

The bus was also an hour late...

As 19 yrs old girl who traveled in a rkt travels on date 10.1.2020 from madurai (20.15) to vellore. She was suppose to get down in arcot but driver of the bus didn't stop the bus. When the girl asked about it he behaved so rude and made her to get down in middle of the highway from 30 km of her actual stop at early morning 4.30am. As being a 19 year girl she suffered a lot in early morning by today that is 11.1.2020 4.00 am. Please take necessary...

I would like to bring to everyone's notice on my recent experience with rkt travels.

We were charged 1500+ for two people for ac sleeper but much to the dismay the quality and maintenance of the bus was way beyond my darkest nightmare.

Patch work here and there, water leaks and water on the bed, air conditioning vents spoiled and duct taped and not to mention the freaking bed bugs on the bus.

Why...

These are fraud people and deserve not to be travelled with. They don't even have a permits for their busses. I was traveling from karaikudi to bangalore on 18th july. All the passengers were asked to change the bus at the karnataka border since they had a registration number of arunachal pradesh which started from origin. This was not informed to us while boarding. When confronted with the driver he behaved rudely and resused to even respond......
