RMCL is a Fraud Company run by Mitesh Anil Agarwal (Managing Director & Company CEO) It is a MLM Product company. RMCL designed an investment plan called GCM (Galaxy Club Member). Total investment Amount was above 2.4 Lakh Rupees. We invested 2, 45, 700/- In May 2018 for which we were supposed to get products for personal consumption and royalty/profit sharing of 19, 500/- Rs. (Nineteen thousand Five hundred Rupees) Per month for 24 Months. Also 5000 Rs. was to be given lifetime on Company's Global Turnover. charges of nearly 17% were also to be deducted including TDS however they have neither delivered the products, nor ready to return the invested amount. The other profits/royalty was also not paidup and RMCL customer care, admin and other officials do not pick any calls for clarifications. Even TDS certificate has not been provided by the company inspite of multiple requests. We got sms from the company to contact RMCL Tax dept for TDS but nobody picks any call and no response is recieved. The company should be black listed on the stock exchange till all investors dues are paid off. Also the Income Tax dept should investigate where the Tax violations.

RMCL Universe is a Fraud Company, because, I HAVE PAID Rs.227500/- through NEFT on 4th-Sept-2018 in Favour of RADHA MADHAV CORPORATION LTD.

BUT TILL DATE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT, FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID Rs.227500/-

I request them to send the Product but they never replied. There customercare remains busy always.

Website server remains under maintenance.

I request to help me, to get REFUND my Money at the earliest. And please take strict action against such a Fraud company.

Dear sir,

I have invested rs. 42000/- in rmcl and said to me that i will get every day 50 to 60 rupees per day + 1.5 lakh and it will be lifetime. This was told by my upline. But after giving all money, now they are not giving response and showing so much attitude. Even i called many time customer care number but it is always saying busy. I am totally helpless.

As well as 19, 500/- rs. (Nineteen thousand five hundred rupees) per month for 24 months. And 5000 rs. Fix salary will be given lifetime on company's global turnover. Since 9 months have been passed. Company has not given me my products as well as sallery per month. Please take strick action against company's md and correspondent leaders working with company. I have been cheated by the company. I request consumer complaint to take action on company. Company should refund all my amount.

As well as 19, 500/- Rs. (Nineteen thousand Five hundred Rupees) Per month For 24 Months. And 5000 Rs. Fix salary will be given lifetime on Company's Global Turnover. Since 9 months have been passed. Company has not given me my Products ( deaily needs products ) as well as Sallery per month. Please take strick Action Against Company's MD and Correspondent Leaders working with company. I have been cheated by the company. I Request Consumer Complaint to take Action on Company. Company should Refund all my Amount.
