NO MATTER HOW MANY CONPLAINTS WE GIVE AGAINST THIS BUILDER N.G. (NARENDRA GUPTA) .......HE IS THE MOST SHAMELESSLY CORRUPT PERSON IN THE REAL ESTATE.
BLOODY SON OF A ....THAT NARENDRA GUPTA TOLD US THAT THE SUPER BUILT-UP AREA WILL BE 33% AND WHEN I READ IT ON THE AGREEMENT IT CAME OUT TO BE 41%................WORST OF ALL....MATERIAL THAT IS USED IN THE FLATS ARE OF VERY VERY CHEAP QUALITY.....

I recently purchased a flat from RNA N.G. PALMS. According to the Agreement i received i was suppose to get a water tank in the house provided by the builder and walls will be painted with Oil paint..
Kindly bring this to your notice that he is the cheapest of all the builders....Kindly have a review with all the people...You will always get a negetive feedback.......
He has not provided any amenities...further he is...
