My dad got me to use a student plan from Roam1Mobile and turns out that he was the one who got the plan canceled. He got a shocker of a bill of 15000/- for 15 days for Singapre!! And on top of that these guys just blocked my number!! My dad landed up paying 6000/- and got the contract disconnected!! They will definitely trick you and then rob you.....

Roam1Mobile is pathetic. I was recharging my US number with some 20$ i guess and tried the process thrice and losing the money all the three times in the process. On calling their customer support team, they said they cant help with the money and wont refund it either!! I mean who wants to deal with such liars and poor service ppl!!...

I took Roam1 Mobile for Singapore as their student plan, the only post paid solution that they offer. I barely used it for a few months and got it disconnected. Not only were they charging randomly, like charging me for minutes for calls made for seconds and handed over a bloated bill of 30k for a month. I was using Roam1’s Malaysian plan where i paid 2250 rs for some free airtime of rs 1703, which according to their customer execs i have consumed even though i never got it credited in my phone the first time. Not only this, i landed up paying an extra 650 rs for my bb plan to access my bbm and data for 7 days but they disconnected the same after 4 days, with no specific reason !! It was such a nightmare using this sim card !!...

I got myself a student plan from Roam 1 Mobile for Singapore and man i regret it. What fake claims of the number being active for 2 months break time and 24 7 customer care. All . These guys deactivated my number within 15 days of inactivity and after million calls to the customer care, i could get through one. I am happy ever since i stopped using their services. Atleast i can now put the money i spent on your bills to some better use......
